We collect our data from publicly available information. The sources give us the following information: If a property is for Sale, Sold or Subject to contract.

 If you request for us to supply you with a quote, your personal information (Name and Addresses) will enable us to provide you with the highest standards of service.  

We will not pass your information onto a third party unless they are required to help with the completion of your service. We will request your information is kept safe and not to be passed on without consent. 

YOUR RIGHTS

You will always have the right to receive a copy of all the information we hold of you. You will also have the right to amend your information at any time. And you can also request that your data is destroyed once the information is not needed.

We may have to share your data with the police should our accounts be accessed by any unauthorised persons.

BY LAW

Your information will be stored within our accounting records.  This information will be stored with us for no longer than 5 years should you choose to use our services. After which the information will be destroyed.
